An expert in the quality improvement and managed care field, Ms. Jackson has more than 20 years of experience advocating for people with I/DD and mental health issues. She has held roles in direct support, service coordination, management, and quality improvement in both service provider and managed care environments. A skilled trainer and consultant, her knowledge is a great resource in the ever changing non-profit climate.
Ms. Krok has more than 17 years of experience supporting and collaborating with people who have I/DD and mental health issues. She has overseen the development and expansion of health promotion and wellness for people who use NorthPointe services and is a HealthMatters™ Advanced Certified Instructor for the HealthMatters™ Train the Trainer program. Kristin also plays a key role in collaborating on new program development through grant opportunities.
As a 22-year veteran employee of NorthPointe Resources, Mr. Hardy specializes in supporting adults with I/DD. With his experience of providing support, managing personnel, and implementing health and wellness initiatives, he brings a hands-on perspective to training sessions.
