An expert in the quality improvement and managed care field, Ms. Jackson has more than 20 years of experience advocating for people with I/DD and mental health issues. She has held roles in direct support, service coordination, management, and quality improvement in both service provider and managed care environments. A skilled trainer and consultant, her knowledge is a great resource in the ever changing non-profit climate.
A longtime advocate for people with IDD and mental health needs, Ms. Winn has over 40 years of experience with program development, program management, employee development and teaching. She has been with NorthPointe for over 22 years and now serves as the Director of Training for OnPointe. As the Director, Pat coordinates all internal employee training and continuing education, all external training and education programs, and our consultation services. With her practical experience in program development and management and her dedication to employee development, Pat provides an excellent perspective to the OnPointe program.
Ms. Krok has more than 17 years of experience supporting and collaborating with people who have I/DD and mental health issues. She has overseen the development and expansion of health promotion and wellness for people who use NorthPointe services and is a HealthMatters™ Advanced Certified Instructor for the HealthMatters™ Train the Trainer program. Kristin also plays a key role in collaborating on new program development through grant opportunities.
As a 22-year veteran employee of NorthPointe Resources, Mr. Hardy specializes in supporting adults with I/DD. With his experience of providing support, managing personnel, and implementing health and wellness initiatives, he brings a hands-on perspective to training sessions.
